Full power backup claims are a total scam for investors.

Just moved into my place at Kailash Avenue last month, and already noticing some things. The power backup situation is a bit of a shock. Builders always promise "full backup," but it’s mostly just common areas. For investors like me, this really affects tenant attraction and future resale. Tenants don't want to live without AC or fridge during outages. Is this standard across Ghaziabad projects? Does anyone actually get full flat backup? Feels like a major deal-breaker for premium pricing. What's your experience?
