Full power backup claims are a total scam in Gurgaon projects. I work in real estate, but buying for myself at Ansal Valley View Estate has shown me the true picture. They promised 100% power backup for the entire flat, but it's barely enough for lights and a fan. AC chalaana toh bhool hi jao. During cuts, paani bhi nahi aata properly, lift bhi slow ho jaati hai. Maintenance charges toh poore lete hain. Is this normal? Kya sab jagah yahi haal hai?
