Full power backup is a Ghaziabad builder myth.

Possession was in March for my flat in SCC Blossom, Ghaziabad. Seriously annoyed with the power backup situation. Sales waale ne bola tha full flat backup milega, especially for essential appliances. Ab pata chala only common areas aur ek-do light points ke liye hai. In summer, AC chalana toh door ki baat, fridge bhi off ho jaata hai. Yeh toh seedha-seedha mis-selling hai. Aur elevators bhi itne slow hain, ek baar toh beech mein अटक gaya था. Maintenance charge poora lete hain but facilities ke naam pe zero. Anyone else living there facing this false promise? What did you do about it? Feeling cheated, yaar.
