Full power backup is a marketing myth

Honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed trying to figure out the real picture of daily living in Greater Noida projects. I'm looking at a flat in SKA Greenarch, aur builders toh sab kuch promise karte hain. But I'm really worried about the ground reality. Power backup ka kya scene hai? They say full flat backup but usually it's just common areas, right? Does anyone actually get proper full power backup for ACs and everything? Also, water supply ka issue toh nahi hai? Tanker mangwana padta hai kya regularly, ya society ka apna reliable system hai? Aur elevators ka maintenance kaisa hai? Sometimes they get stuck, aur response time kitna hota hai? Jo log SKA Greenarch mein rehte hain, please apna experience share karo. Is it worth it, ya sirf brochures mein hi sab achha lagta hai?
