Since January I'm shortlisting 3BHKs in Chandigarh. Currently in a 2BHK. Paradise Enclave mein full power backup aur water supply kaafi hype karte hain. Does this *really* justify the premium for investor ROI?

Thoda time lagta hai but chances hote hain relief milne ke. But best hai ki agreement mein sab clear karwa lo pehle hi, aur site visit pe sab check karo.
U9, yeh toh bahut serious issue hai. Aapke dost ne kya kiya phir? Kya koi legal action liya ja sakta hai aise cases mein jab builder promises poore na kare?

Lekin market analysis ke hisaab se, full power backup waale projects mein 3-5% ka premium easily hota hai final price pe, jo ki 3BHK ke liye 4-6 lakh ban jaata hai. Maintenance toh alag se hai hi.

Exactly! Aur sirf premium nahi, iska maintenance bhi alag se aata hai. My cousin bought in a similar project in New Chandigarh, full power backup tha. Ab har mahine 5-6 hazar extra bill aata hai sirf backup charges ka. Socho long term mein kitna difference padega.
