Spent the whole weekend researching rental options for my investment flat in Sector 24C, and honestly, everyone talks up furnished apartments but I'm just not seeing it. For NRIs like me in Dubai, managing furnishing from afar sounds like a nightmare, yaar. Plus, the ROI on those extra lakhs for furniture seems super low compared to a bare-shell. Are tenants really paying that much more in places like Mohali or Zirakpur to justify the hassle? I think landlords are just throwing money away trying to furnish. Change my mind.
