Future growth near Airport T2/PRR: Are you buying?

Got possession of my Brigade flat in Whitefield back in March. Honestly, still figuring out if I made the best call. With Airport T2 and Peripheral Ring Road coming up, thinking about future appreciation. Did anyone buy near these new infra corridors recently? Are prices still somewhat affordable, or is it all speculation now?
