Future-proofing our 3BHK: Gurgaon infra and family

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which sector. We need a 3BHK for our growing family; school quality and safety are paramount. Dwarka Expressway (Sectors 102-113) seems great for future appreciation. But are prices already too high? I'm hunting for investment windows near *upcoming* infra like Global City or SPR Extension. My discovery: some projects, like by Godrej or Emaar, might still offer better value. Any areas still affordable for a family, considering these infra projects? Hope this helps someone.
