For railway commuters, the Ghaziabad Railway Station is 7.2 km away, and Mehrauli Railway Station is 7.4 km. These distances are manageable by local transport. However, it's worth noting that the project data doesn't mention direct metro access nearby. For anyone commuting to business hubs heavily reliant on metro lines in Delhi or Noida, this could mean an extra leg of travel, possibly by bus or auto, to reach the nearest metro station. The pricing, ₹21.00 L, with an average price per sqft of ₹2333.33, is certainly attractive for a completed property. Considering its strategic road location, Future Royal Height offers decent connectivity for those primarily using private vehicles or buses. For metro-dependent commuters, it requires factoring in that additional travel time. It feels like a solid option if road access is your priority, but do consider the metro gap if that's crucial for your daily commute.
