Gachibowli rents: Are these numbers even real anymore?
Last six months, my son has been looking for a 2BHK near Gachibowli. Honestly, I'm shocked by the rents. My kids have moved out, so we're downsizing to a smaller, more manageable flat, but seeing this rental market for them is just frustrating. Rents have shot up 30-40% in just two years, is this even justified? It feels like a bubble. Will it stabilize ya it's the new normal for Hyderabad? My son and his IT friends are really struggling to find anything decent without paying insane amounts. We're looking for a good society for our new compact flat, but I wonder about the rental yields later if things are this crazy. What areas do young professionals prefer for a balance between price and convenience near the Financial District? Any advice for them? Kya karein ab?

Totally agree with the post! My cousin is looking for a 2BHK in Gachibowli, and the quotes are insane. We thought maybe 25k-30k max, but now it's like 35k-40k for something half-decent. Kaise manage karein itna? It's a huge burden.
Haan bhai, same experience. My friend just paid 42k for a 2BHK in My Home Bhooja
