Bhai, KS Builders ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Gagan Vihar mein mere ek friend ne bhi deal dekhi thi, usko bhi laga ki quoted price is too good to be true. Stamp duty aur registration toh 7-8% pakad ke chalo. Interiors ka toh tumhare taste pe depend karta hai, but minimum 5-7 lakh toh pakadna hi padega.
