Gagan Vihar possession: Hidden costs and 2026 price worries
My possession was last month, and I'm still reeling from the actual costs. Bought a 3BHK in Gaurs, Gagan Vihar, quoted around ₹85L, but after all the PLC, parking, club membership, IFMS, and other 'surprise' charges, it shot up to nearly ₹98L. Matlab, what they advertise is never the final price. This hidden cost drama is so frustrating. Honestly, after paying so much, I'm wondering if this Ghaziabad price increase is even sustainable for 2026. Everyone's talking about prices rising, but with these add-ons, is the real per sqft value actually going up, or are builders just adding charges? Kya 2026 tak prices aise hi badhenge, ya correction aayega? What's the scene in Vaishali or Indirapuram for future appreciation? Any thoughts on where Ghaziabad property prices are heading?

Totally agree with you! Builders always hide these costs. I'm looking for a 2BHK in Ahinsa Khand and even there, the 'final' quote is always 10-12% higher than what they advertise. It's so disheartening for first-time buyers like us, makes budgeting impossible.
