Ganesh Opulence Woods possession: Amenities were a bait-and-switch.
Since we took possession of Ganesh Opulence Woods last year, I'm honestly so frustrated with the amenities. Brochure mein jo dikhaya tha, that's not what we got. My kids were so excited for the 'adventure play area', but it's just two rusty swings. The clubhouse looked grand, but half the facilities are always shut for 'maintenance' ya phir unusable. My wife chose this society mainly for those things, thinking it'd be great for the children. Ab lagta hai bas paper pe hi acha tha, not genuinely good to live in. School toh paas hai, that's a relief. But society ke andar ka promise hi fake nikla. Anyone else here faced similar issues post-possession at Ganesh Opulence Woods? What did you do to complain ya fir adjust kar liya?

OMG, this is exactly what I'm afraid of! We're looking at a project nearby, and the brochures are all so glossy. Is this common for builders in Ghaziabad? This is really concerning.
Yes, unfortunately, it's very common, especially for projects in the 25-50 lakh range. Builders cut corners to maintain profits. You have to be super careful.
