Ganga Nandaka end-users: Daily life ka sach kya hai?
Did a site visit to Ganga Nandaka last week. Brochure mein toh sab kuch perfect lag raha, but honestly, ₹5 Cr+ for a 3BHK, I'm worried about daily livability. Fancy amenities are one thing, par kya school/hospital paas hain? Mujhe lagta hai log sirf investment dekhte hain, actual rehne ka experience koi nahi batata. Change my mind.

Exactly my thoughts! ₹5 Cr+ for a 3BHK in an ONGOING project, with possession only by 2028-02-01? That's a huge commitment. I visited a similar project near Badshahpur and the infrastructure there was non-existent. Ganga Nandaka ka location map dekh ke bhi lag raha hai ki it's still developing. Kya fayda itne high-end amenities ka agar basic connectivity hi nahi hai? I'm worried about resale value too if it's so isolated.
