Ganga Valley Floors isn't worth the premium price.

Been looking at Ganga Valley Floors. I'm in a 2BHK, thinking 3BHK upgrade. Is ₹2.25 Cr justified? Are amenities useful daily, or just for show? How's floor plan efficiency?

Exactly! ₹2.25 Cr for an upcoming project near Badshahpur side is too much. For that kind of money, you can get something ready-to-move or at least closer to possession in a good sector. Amenities toh sab bolte hain, but kitni use hoti hain?
