Ganga Valley investment: My big upgrade dilemma
Gurugram mein high-end projects ka ROI kitna realistic hai, I wonder. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 56, thinking of Ganga Valley for upgrade, but it's a big jump. Iska capital appreciation forecast sahi hai? Builder ka project delivery track record kaisa hai for timely possession? Resale market mein liquidity hai kya?
