Ganga Valley security: Is the premium justified?

Been looking for 3BHKs for months, upgrading from my 2BHK. Ganga Valley's security features sound great. But are the CCTVs and visitor management actually effective? How good are the guards in practice? Is the premium worth it for actual safety, or just brochure promises? Not sure if it's just marketing.
