Yaar, security toh har brochure mein number one hoti hai. But real mein kitna difference hota hai? Ganga Valley ka price range ₹2.5 Cr – ₹4.1 Cr hai. Itna premium sirf security ke liye? I mean, main bhi safety chahta hoon but itna paisa daal ke bhi agar basic issues rahenge toh kya fayda. Suna hai ki Baliawas ke paas kuch projects hain jahan security is fine and prices are better. Just trying to be practical.
