Gardenia AIMS MAX Gardenia Glory — just moved in last month, and things are a bit different than expected. The possession process was okay, but after a few weeks, I'm finding daily life has some quirks. Promised amenities like high-speed internet aren't quite living up to the hype, and common area maintenance seems slow. Am I the only one noticing this, or is it common after moving in?
Been looking at projects for ages now, even though I'm in real estate, buying for myself feels totally different. Everyone glorifies Gardenia AIMS MAX Glory, especially its completed status, but I'm genuinely skeptical about the actual apartment layouts. Price range ₹81L-₹1.93 Cr is decent, but are we really getting value for money in terms of usable space? I know builders play super area vs carpet area games. Is the actual carpet area efficiency good here? Yaar, sometimes the design makes a 2BHK feel smaller than a 1.5BHK. For end-users, livability matters more than shiny brochures. What's the society vibe like? Friendly ya isolated rehta hai? Honestly, not sure if it's genuinely good to live in daily, or just looks good on paper. Change my mind.
Did a site visit to Gardenia Glory last weekend. Fed up of renting, EMI vs rent math is hitting hard. Actual carpet area and layout efficiency kaisi hai? Maintenance charges kitne hain wahan?
Kids ke liye jo play area dikhaya tha, woh toh bas naam ka hai, puraana aur unsafe lagta hai. Clubhouse ki halat bhi kharab hai, useable hi nahi. Meri wife ka priority tha ki amenities achhe honge, par yahan toh maintenance charges high hain aur facilities zero. Aur koi yahan rehta hai kya? Same issues face kar rahe ho? RWA se baat karke koi faida hua kisi ko?
₹81.42 lakh for a 2BHK in Gardenia AIMS MAX Gardenia Glory. Ready-to-move hai, toh possession ka tension nahi. But Swaraj Homes Overseas Towers upcoming hai at ₹1.06 Cr. Total cost of ownership, like stamp duty and maintenance, kitna differ karega? 5-year appreciation ke liye which is better? Confused.
Vihaan Wisteria in Greater Noida looks affordable, but Gardenia Glory in Noida is just wow! Matlab, is the location worth the extra crore? Worried about resale in Greater Noida. Anyone invested in Wisteria? Is the connectivity sahi hai? Finally taking the plunge, EMI vs rent math is killing me.
Kids have moved out. Don't need such a big place. Purvanchal Saket Dham ready hai. Gardenia AIMS MAX mein risk toh nahi hoga? Kya lagta hai, resale value kiski better hogi?
Okay I'll be honest—school proximity is key for my kids' admission. Magnolia Park is already OC, toh koi risk nahi hai. Gardenia AIMS MAX Gardenia Glory ka location bhi sahi hai. Which one has better resale value in Noida, considering the school factor? My wife's priority is safety, so any thoughts?
Fed up of renting, yaar! Finally taking the plunge in Noida. Gardenia AIMS MAX Gardenia Glory vs AIMS Golf Avenue 2... which one, guys? What about carpet area efficiency? I want more usable space, not just fancy brochures. Also, possession status matters. Is AIMS Golf Avenue 2 still under construction? Don't want to wait forever. Which one has better resale value after 5 years, you think? Any advice?
Okay, I'll say it – Gardenia AIMS MAX Gardenia Glory seems super overpriced. 8 Cr+? Bhai, for that money, can't I get something better? Realtyvision 4th Avenue is much cheaper, but is it worth the compromise? Carpet area wise, which one gives you more usable space, yaar? Has anyone experienced hidden costs with Gardenia? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one has better resale value in Noida?
