I'm considering buying a ready-to-move apartment in Noida. What do you think about Levitate Sai Vatika and Gardenia Gateway? Location-wise, which one has better connectivity? Has anyone experienced the construction quality in either? I'm also curious about the amenities offered. Which one provides a better living experience? What's your take on the resale value for both? Mujhe advice chahiye on which offers better value for money. Is it worth investing now?

Hey guys, I'm confused between Himalaya Homes and Gardenia Gateway in Noida. Himalaya Homes is showing completed projects but Gardenia Gateway is ready to move. What do you think about the construction quality of both? Kisi ko pata hai kya Gardenia Gateway mein maintenance charges kitne hai? I'm looking for investment purpose. Which one has better ROI in the long run? Also, what about the connectivity from both locations? Which one is closer to the metro? Mujhe advice chahiye. Has anyone experienced any issues with either builder? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one offers better amenities? I'm so confused! Any suggestions?
