₹70 lakh budget, but Supertech Capeluxe aur Gardenia Glory mein confusion ho raha hai. Gardenia Glory toh completed hai, ready-to-move. Capeluxe ka possession kab tak milega, not sure. Supertech ka track record thoda risky lag raha hai. Kya Capeluxe mein invest karna sahi hai, ya Gardenia Glory future appreciation ke liye better hai?
Noida Extension projects mein Gardenia Glory kaafi time se mere radar par hai. Completed project hai, toh possession ka tension nahi. But as an investor, I'm trying to figure out the actual capital appreciation potential here. Pre-launch prices se kitna upar gaya hai ab tak? Meri research toh ₹70L se start hoti hai. Aur rental yield kya expect kar sakte hain, especially for a 2BHK? Kahi ghost society ka issue toh nahi hai? Main suna hai wahan investor ratio high hai, is that true? Resale market kitna liquid hai? Matlab 5-7 saal baad bechna ho toh buyer mil jayenge kya easily? Any real experiences on its ROI for a first-time investor like me?
