Yaar, Garur Golf Island ka price range ₹6.9 Cr – ₹8.9 Cr hai, aur upar se itne high maintenance charges? Samajh nahi aa raha ki yeh genuinely facilities ke liye hain ya bas premium branding ka chakkar hai. Especially for a 3BHK upgrade, I want to be sure my money is going into usable clubhouse aur green areas, not just show-off.
