Gasta Complex rental expectations need a reality check

Gasta Complex mein actual rental yield kitna aata hai? Just got possession in March. I'm seeing a gap between expected rent and actual offers. Log ₹25k bolte hain for a 2BHK, but real offers are closer to ₹20k. Resale market bhi utna liquid nahi lag raha, maybe high investor ratio hai. Anyone else notice this? Hope this helps set expectations.
