₹95 lakh for a 2BHK in Gated Community — is this the new normal? Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Landlord raised rent again! I'm looking at projects like Prestige and Godrej there, but not sure if the amenities truly justify the EMI for a 2BHK in the 1 Cr range. Any recommendations for good value in that corridor?

Yaar, same pinch! My landlord just hiked the rent by 10% again. This ₹95 lakh for a 2BHK is shocking but also feels like the only way out of this rental trap. Prestige and Godrej are good, but is it really worth an EMI that high? Meri toh neend ud gayi hai soch soch ke, budget pura hil gaya hai.
Haan bhai, rent toh murder kar raha hai! EMI seem less painful in the long run, at least it's for your own asset
