Gated Community corridor in Noida has more hidden practicalities than most brochures let on. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site inspections myself. My research shows the actual approach roads and local market access are crucial for rental prospects, not just the project amenities. Property management through a POA from abroad is also a legal maze. Anyone found a reliable property manager for rental income? Or any hacks for verifying ground realities remotely? Hope this helps someone not make assumptions.

Your post from Dubai resonates so much. I recently invested in a flat in Alpha I Greater Noida, thinking rental yield would be great. But the property management part is a huge headache. I had to give a POA to a relative, and it became a source of constant friction. There are so many hidden costs and legal
So glad someone brought up the POA issue for NRIs. My uncle faced a nightmare trying to manage his property in Alistonia Estate from Canada. It's a legal black hole!
Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! I'm also a first-time buyer looking at the Gated Community corridor in Noida, specifically near Ajayabpur. The glossy brochures show beautiful parks, but my cousin who lives there told me the approach roads are still under development, and local kirana stores are miles away. This completely changes the rental game, doesn't it? I was so close to booking with DANIYA INFRATECH PVT. LTD. but then these ground realities started surfacing. How do we even trust what builders show vs what's actually there?
Totally agree! I'm worried about the same. Builder ka promises toh sab हवा में होते hain. Kya DANIYA INFRATECH ka possession track record sahi hai?
