Last few months se I've been seriously looking for a 2BHK in Pune for my first home. Honestly, it's been a rollercoaster. The 'Gated Community' corridor always seemed like a good option, but prices have just shot up recently. Metro aur naye road projects kaafi chal rahe hain wahan, especially with those double-decker flyover proposals and Ring Road near Hadapsar. But is this growth sustainable, ya already overvalued ho gaya hai? I'm seeing 2BHKs push past 80L easily now. Kya kisi ko ground reality pata hai? Which specific pockets within the 'Gated Community' area have actually benefited from the infra, not just hype? For a first-time buyer like me, it's a huge decision. Should I still consider this area, ya kahin aur dekhna chahiye?
