Gated Community prices: Timing the market is key, don't rush!

Just moved into my new place near Gated Community. Last 1.5 saal mein prices kaafi upar chale gaye hain, it's crazy. Builders are still quoting high, but ground pe demand thodi slow lag rahi hai. My broker advised waiting until Q3 for better deals. Is it still worth buying now, ya hold off karna chahiye?
