I'm usually pretty confident with numbers, but ATS Allure has me scratching my head a bit. It's completed, which is good, no delivery risk. But what about capital appreciation? Since launch, has its price seen decent movement? Also, real rental yield kya hai, has anyone leased out their 2/3 BHK there? And resale market kitna liquid hai, exit strategy ke liye? Considering the price range of ₹92L-1.08Cr, is it still a good long-term hold?

The market in Greater Noida has seen some fluctuations, but premium projects like ATS usually hold their value. But for real appreciation, you need to hold for at least 5-7 years
