Gaur City 1 maintenance charges are daylight robbery!

Been tracking property here for years. The jump in maintenance charges is insane. They promised the moon, but the RWA is useless. Anyone else feel like they're being ripped off? What are your charges per sqft and what do you actually get for it? Seriously considering legal action. I want to know if I'm alone in this.
