Gaur City 1: What the builder brochure didn't mention!

Just moved into my flat in Gaur City 1 last month and already regretting some decisions. The brochure made it seem like bijli toh 24/7 aati hai, but power cuts are a daily thing! I mean, seriously, how can they promise one thing and deliver another? Generator backup is there, but it takes ages to kick in. And the maintenance charges? They're charging an arm and a leg, but half the lights in the common areas are busted. Plus, finding parking space is a daily fight. Did anyone else face similar issues after moving in? What did you guys do about it? I'm thinking of complaining to the RWA, but not sure how effective they'll be. Koi idea hai?
