Okay, I'll say what no one says about Gaursons Gaur Galaxy. Just got possession in March, and the investor-to-end-user ratio is way higher than I expected. It feels like a lot of empty flats, which honestly concerns me for future capital appreciation. Everyone glorifies the rental potential, but the actual rental yield I'm seeing for a 2BHK is nowhere near what agents promised. We're talking maybe ₹15k-₹18k, not the ₹20k+ I was told for a ₹70-90L property. Makes me wonder about the exit strategy in 5 years. Is this normal for completed projects in Ghaziabad? What are others' experiences? Disagree? Tell me why.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! I've been eyeing Gaur Galaxy for a while, but the empty flats thing always bothered me. Agent ne toh bola tha full family occupancy hai, but whenever I visit, it's so quiet. ₹15-18k rental for such a big investment is a joke. I'm looking near Ahinsa Khand II, and even there, the rental yields are disappointing. Kya karein yaar, first time buyer hain, sab dar lagta hai.
Totally agree, U1. My friend bought in
