Gaur Galaxy resale market feels stagnant

Has anyone seen real capital appreciation in Gaursons Gaur Galaxy? I'm eyeing a unit there for investment, but honestly not sure about its resale potential. Is Gaursons' delivery track record strong enough to assure good long-term ROI? Worried about liquidity if I need to exit in 5-7 years.

Bhai, same doubt hai! Gaursons ka naam toh bada hai, but Gaur Galaxy ka resale value sunke darr lagta hai. 2014 ka possession hai, itna purana project market mein kaise perform karega? Kya koi bata sakta hai actual appreciation kitna hua hai since then?

Exactly! Broker in Ahinsa Khand II also mentioned slower appreciation for Gaursons projects in that belt. Worried about getting stuck.
