Gaurs 14th Avenue: Is the upgrade worth it?

Did a site visit to Gaurs 14th Avenue last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. The display flat looked good, but I'm worried if it's genuinely good to live in daily, or just good on paper. Saw the amenities, but are they actually useful or just for show? Not sure if the price jump is worth it for the actual living experience. Also, what's the society and community vibe like? Is it friendly or more isolated? Already have a home loan, so don't want any regrets. Any current residents or anyone with insights on Gaurs 14th Avenue, please share your experiences. Is the project delivery smooth?
