Absolutely! I booked a unit there around 2014 end for possession in 2015. They kept saying parking will be allocated at possession. But then they started demanding a huge premium for a second car slot. My neighbour, jo Ajayabpur se shift hue the, unko toh literally fight karni padi builder se. Multiple car slots are almost impossible unless you pay a bomb under the table. There's no transparent way.
Haan bhai, same issue face kiya. Jab mein wahaan dekhne gaya tha, they clearly said 'first come, first serve' for extra slots and then later it turned into a 'lottery'. Bahut frustating tha.
