Gaurs' construction quality claims are just marketing hype, right?

Since last Diwali, I've been seriously looking for a 2BHK in Greater Noida, mainly around Noida Extension. Gaurs Group ke Gaur Saundaryam Phase 2 and Gaurs 6th Avenue projects dekh raha hoon. My budget is around ₹85-90L for a 2BHK, thinking of it as an end-use flat. But I'm really confused about their construction quality. Kya actual mein plaster cracks ya seepage issues aate hain after a couple of years? Neighbors and friends keep saying finishing issues are common. Aur customer support after booking ka kya scene hai? Builders often ghost you once payment is done, not sure if Gaurs is different. I'm a first-time buyer, toh thoda nervous hoon. Jewar Airport aur Metro extension ka hype toh hai, but I wanna make sure the actual living experience is good. Any actual residents here who can share their honest experience?
