My lease ends in 3 months and landlord increased rent again, fed up of renting yaar. Looking at 2/3BHK in Indirapuram, budget around ₹80L. Gaurs, ATS, Mahagun dekh raha hoon. Suna hai Gaurs aur Mahagun ki construction quality mein issues aate hain, like seepage. Kya yeh sach hai? Aur customer support ka kya scene hai after booking?

Dekho, Gaurs ka volume bahut zyada hai, toh complaints bhi zyada lagti hain. Par ATS ka track record generally better hai, but budget mein aayega kya ₹80L mein? Mahagun ke projects mein bhi quality control issues aaye hain, especially purane waalon mein.
Bhai, same pinch! Landlord ne toh dimaag kharab kar rakha hai. Gaurs ka toh maine bhi suna hai, especially seepage issues kaafi common hain. Be careful!
