Gaurs ki construction quality ka sach kya hai?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — currently in a 2BHK near Indirapuram, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Siddhartha Vihar or maybe Raj Nagar Extension. Everyone glorifies Gaurs for timely delivery, but honestly, what about their actual construction quality after 2-3 years? I've heard stories about seepage and average finishing. Is the price jump to a Mahagun or ATS project really justified for better build, ya woh bhi same issues dete hain? Post-possession maintenance bhi important hai. Change my mind if I'm wrong.
