RERA 'Not Applicable' sunke toh meri phat gayi. Maine ek baar aise hi ek project mein invest kiya tha Alistonia Estate mein, builder ne completion date 2 saal tak delay kar di. Fir bohot bhaag-daud karni padi. Om Centrum mein 10 units hi hain, toh kahin ye small project hone ki wajah se RERA se exempt toh nahi? But still, risk hai.
