Gaurs project delayed AGAIN! What do I do?

Just moved into my Gaurs project in Sector 117, and the promised amenities are still missing! Brochure mein toh sab kuch dikhaya tha. Paid extra for PLC also! Possession was in March, but the clubhouse is still under construction. RWA fees are already being charged full rate. Anyone else facing this? Is it worth taking legal action? Seriously regretting buying under-construction now. What are my options, yaar?
