Gaurs quality dropping? Need upgrade advice

Gaurs Group ka on-time delivery record toh sahi hai, but construction quality pe doubt ho raha hai. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 79, thinking of upgrading. Is Gaursons Gaurs Platinum Towers worth the price jump? Heard maintenance charges are high after possession. Anyone faced hidden charges with them? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a factor. What does the community think? Which builder would you pick, knowing this?
