Gaurs Siddhartha Vihar: Are these maintenance charges normal?

₹7800 for a 2BHK's maintenance charges from Gaurs in Siddhartha Vihar is just ridiculous. I just moved in last month after waiting 2.5 years for possession. They kept pushing the RERA deadline, and now this. The brochure didn't mention these hidden costs, and the sales team was completely silent about it, matlab. We bought a 2BHK for ₹75 lakh, thinking it was a good deal for ready-to-move, but the actual cost of living is much higher. Water supply is patchy too, and the common areas aren't even fully done. It's like the 'ready' part was just for show. Anyone else face this with Gaurs or other builders in Ghaziabad? What did you do? Should I fight the RWA or the builder directly?
