Dekho, Gaurs Sports Wood ka price range ₹2.5 Cr – ₹3.4 Cr hai. Is budget mein aajkal Greater Noida West mein bahut options mil rahe hain, even in Alpha I. Current market conditions mein, buyers ke paas leverage hai. Agar amenities compromise ho rahi hain, toh is price point pe definitely negotiation karna banta hai, ya phir aur options explore karne chahiye. Just because it's 'Gaurs' doesn't mean we should overlook issues.

Maintenance charges thode high lag rahe the unko, but overall living experience is decent for a family. Noida Extension mein options bhi limited hain.

Builder ne brochure mein toh Olympic-sized pool aur world-class gym dikhaya tha, but jab site visit kiya toh laga ki bas sapne hi beche hain. Especially kids' play area, mujhe laga tha proper setup hoga, but it looked very basic. Budget toh ₹2.5 Cr – ₹3.4 Cr tak ja raha hai, ismein agar promised amenities nahi mil rahi toh value for money kahaan se hoga?
Haan, main bhi yahi soch raha tha. Ye log RERA number toh UPRERAPRJ3528 dikhaate hain, but kya RERA ne amenities ki delivery verify ki hai? Possession date 2022-09-01 thi, toh ab tak toh sab clear ho jaana chahiye tha na?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera ek friend Alistonia Estate mein phasa tha, same builder, same story. Promises for a grand clubhouse and sports facilities, but they delivered a half-baked version after years of delay. Builders ki marketing team kuch bhi bol deti hai, we need to be extra careful.
