Visited Gaurs Sports Wood last week. Honestly, everyone glorifies these societies for their 'world-class amenities' but nobody talks about the reality. Kids moved out, so we're looking for a compact flat, but what's the point of paying huge maintenance for a fancy clubhouse jo koi use hi nahi karta? Most amenities are just for show, ya phir possession tak deliver hi nahi hote. It's just a waste of money, yaar. Maintenance charges sky-high, service quality zero. Change my mind.
