Been following Noida property for a while now from Dubai. Gaurs Sports Wood mein ek flat mein interested hoon, but since I can't do a site inspection myself, I'm worried about under-construction quality. What should my representative really check? Water supply reliability and lift maintenance response time are big concerns for me. As an investor, these directly hit tenant satisfaction and future resale value, right? Bhai, Gaurs ka track record mixed hai. Sports Wood toh complete ho gaya hai but maine suna hai ki post-possession issues kaafi aate hain. Quality control during construction might have been okay, but the actual finishing aur ongoing maintenance is where they usually slip. NRI investor ho toh aur careful rehna padega.
Totally agree with this. Noida mein builders ki yahi kahani hai. Initially sab glossy dikhta hai, baad mein asliyat pata chalti hai.
