Bhai, Gaurs ka track record mixed hai. Sports Wood toh complete ho gaya hai but maine suna hai ki post-possession issues kaafi aate hain. Quality control during construction might have been okay, but the actual finishing aur ongoing maintenance is where they usually slip. NRI investor ho toh aur careful rehna padega.
