Did a site visit to Gaurs Sports Wood last weekend. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. U2, price range toh ₹2.5 Cr – ₹3.4 Cr bata rahe hain. Mera budget thoda stretch ho raha hai isme. Itna lagane ke baad bhi agar quality issue aaye, toh bahut dukh hoga.
