Builder ka track record kya hai for delivery? I'm seeing prices are ₹10 Cr+ which is huge, but will they actually deliver on time? Suna hai Gaurs ka project delivery kaafi late hota hai sometimes. What about capital appreciation? Is there enough upside left considering the current pricing? And long-term mein, like 5-7 saal baad, resale market kaisi hogi for such high-value properties? Not sure if it's too niche. Any experiences with their past projects and actual possession timelines, ya fir sirf brochure promises?
