Gaurs vs ATS: Noida mein kaunsa better hai?

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida. I've been considering Gaurs and ATS, but I'm not sure which one is better. What do you think about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? Also, which one is better for investment, considering appreciation potential? Gaurs ke projects mein amenities kaise hain, compared to ATS? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their customer service after possession? I'm looking for a long-term investment, so resale value is important. Which one would you recommend based on your experience? Mujhe advice chahiye, please! Not sure if I should go for ready-to-move or under-construction. Is it worth investing in their projects?
