I'm planning to invest in Noida. Gaurs and Godrej are two builders I'm considering. Gaurs has more affordable options, but what about construction quality? Godrej projects seem premium, but is the ROI worth it? Has anyone experienced delays with Gaurs projects? Godrej's customer service, kaisa hai?
