Gaurs vs other Noida builders: who's actually better?

Kids have moved out, so I'm planning to sell my bada house and move to a smaller flat. Looking at Noida options, Gaursons Gaurs Platinum Towers is one option. But I've heard mixed reviews about Gaurs Group. On-time delivery ka kya scene hai? Dekha hai logon ko delay se pareshan hote hue. My main concerns are society maintenance and builder support after possession. Don't want to be stuck with a poorly maintained place or a builder who doesn't care after OC. Resale value bhi important hai, obviously. Anyone with firsthand experience? Gaurs sahi hai ya koi aur builder better rahega? What does the community think?
