Gaurs vs others: who actually delivers on time?

Since moving to the UK, I'm looking at investing in Noida. Gaurs Group seems popular. Anyone have recent experience with their on-time delivery? Honestly not sure which builder to trust from overseas. Are there hidden charges with Gaursons Gaurs Platinum Towers at possession? Need a property manager too. Hope this helps someone.
