Gaursons 4th Avenue mein parking allocation ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein toh sab sahi lagta hai but real life mein it's usually a lottery. As an investor, I'm thinking about future tenants. Koi bhi tenant do gaadi ke liye jagah chahega. Is it reserved ya first-come-first-serve? Aur power backup ka bhi batao. Full flat backup bolte hain but common areas ka hi hota hai mostly. Yeh sab maintenance cost aur rental value pe impact karta hai. Change my mind.
